THE GOODS
Are your bagels vegan?
Yes, all our bagels are vegan!
Do you offer vegan cream cheese?
Yes, we make our own cashew cream cheese. You can sub it out on any sando or get a container to take home.
Do you have gluten-free bagels?
Not at this time, but we hope to carry some soon!
Do you offer decaf coffee?
Not at this time.
How long will my bagels stay good for?
We recommend that you freeze your bagels if you plan on eating them later in the week! There are no preservatives or dough conditioners in our dough, so they will get stale if left out. But they freeze like a dream! Read below.
What's the best way to reheat frozen bagels?
Here's how we recommend saving your extras for another day!
1. Store your bagels whole in a food storage bag or tightly wrap in tin foil. They can be frozen for up to two months.
2. When the craving strikes, defrost your bagels for 10 minutes on the counter.
3. Preheat your oven to 450° and bake whole for seven minutes for a fresh-out-of-the-oven experience. Or slice and toast!

What’s on the “everything” bagel?
Sesame, poppy, onion, garlic, and salt. No caraway seeds.
How spicy is the jalapeño serrano cream cheese?
It's sits between mild and medium.
ORDERING
Can I order online or over the phone?
Yes you can order same day online here! If we are not accepting orders, it means we are too busy. Check back again in a few minutes. You can order anything on our menu for pick up in the shop. Dozens and cream cheese only are availible for delivery.
You can also preorder dozens and cream cheese here a day or more in advance (cutoff time is 11am the day prior).
Can I place a large order in advance?
Yes! We have lots of platter options perfect for your next event. Check out the menu here and fill out the request form when you are ready. We will respond ASAP.
Do you always sell out?
No! Weekends are busier than weekdays but we rarely sell out. We bake throughout the day so if we run out of a type of bagel, we will bake more off. That said, towards the end of the day we stop baking so we might run out of specific types of bagels.
Do you carry gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase in the shop!
Do you deliver?
Yes, for same day delivery you can order dozens and cream cheese!
We also deliver catering ordering using a third-party courier service.
THE SHOP
Is there always a long wait?
No! We can never perfectly predict how busy it will be, but so far weekdays tend to be mellow for us. Also, the earlier the better! On the weekends the line can vary in length but we always try to get you your food quickly.
Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs and they are welcome on our back patio and in the shared hallway but are not allowed inside of the shop. Heath Department rules...sorry!
How do I dispose of my packaging?
All of our packaging is compostable!
